A classic Tabata workout is 4 minutes in lenth, and is composed of 8 cycles of alternating 20 seconds of high-intensity work and 10 seconds of rest. Tabata Timer walks you through a classic Tabata workout, so you can focus on form and intensity, rather than worrying about the timing.
