Who didn't love the good old days of gaming.A We used to spend hours playing 2D shooting games like Space Invaders, Defender and Asteroids.A Thanks to PSP developer nubek there is a new homebrew shooting game for you to enjoy on your PSP called Simple Shoot-Alpha 2.0.A This is an alpha version of a fun 2D shooter and although it doesn't have a lot of features yet it is fun to play and I'm sure there will be future updates.A The controls are listed below and stay tuned for more updates to Simple Shoot-Alpha 2.0.
moving - Dpad or analog (we must set in menu , default is Dpad)

A new version of DeViaNTe's G.D.P has been released recently, adding some new modes, more enemies and new scenarios to his excellent homebrewed aerial shooter.
I'm very happy with this homebrew, currently unfinished, but having a fully original OST (by me).
Game is programmed in Lua, using my own interpreter LuaDEV

Homebrew developer Slasher is making a new game made for everyone and - in a sense - by everyone. The game, temporarily called Asterz, is currently in its most basic stage and Slasher is asking for input from the community to make the game.

Developer Anonymous D who also made Console Grab has released SCS (S)ide s(C)rolling (S)hooter v1.0. It is a short but extremely fun side-scroller for the PSP. Note that this game was coded in Lua so you'll need a Lua Player to run it
