Brunni has released Sonic for PSP. This is a sample written with OSLib. This project is not a full-scale emulator, since it only emulates the graphic processor, and requires recompiling to the games. The GBA commercial games are not supported at all. But anyway, this sample shows the 2D performance that the PSP has, and the game was also playable.
