Personal Trainer for P800/P900/P910 has built-in support for multiple strength training programs, so serious strength trainers can vary their program from day to day to help prevent burnout and training injuries. Each program can have as many exercises as you wish, with multiple sets.
Each set can be defined with its own number of repetitions and weight settings. When you are working out on a program, Personal Trainer shows you the program's goals, and let's you easily log and adjust your actual performance against your goals. After your workout, you can review the logged history, making it easy to see where you need to improve and extend the program.
But lifting weights for strength training is not the only valuable type of exercise. Personal Trainer supports cross training by logging your aerobic activities, using a built-in database of over 50 activities, such as jogging, tai chi, tennis, swimming, and many more.
Once you log the time spent on your activity, Personal Trainer calculates the total calories you've expended exercising for the month. It even compares the calories to your goals to help keep you motivated.
